The business announced on its online site that Gmail users would receive the “end-to-end encryption” capability for communications, which would encrypt all of the data in the message and make it difficult to access.
The business said that the content will be encrypted in the user’s computer’s browser before the data is uploaded or stored using Google Drive services, making it nearly difficult for a third party or even “Google” to access the data.
The user can develop and distribute content while being certain of the privacy of its data because Google’s servers cannot access the customer’s data encryption keys, she wrote in the blog.
It is noted that customers of Google Meet services for video communication, Sheets, Docs, and Slides applications as well as Google Drive services previously had access to this feature.
