Abu Dhabi restaurants are gearing up for Valentine’s Day, as couples look for romantic meals to celebrate the day.
Here are some of the best deals in the capital.
Paradiso
A three-course meal with French and Italian specialties is being offered at the Yas Bay location.
For starters, there is gnocchi with black truffle, Parmesan cream, and castle Franco radicchio; for the main course, there is seafood cacciucco with squid ink rice; and for dessert, there is tiramisu with grapefruit marmalade and rose and orange sorbet.
A pair of free welcome cocktails are included in the bundle.

A five-course set meal has been created by Emirates Palace’s Michelin-starred restaurant.
A few of the menu items are oysters with champagne sauce and smoked potatoes, risotto with raspberry and herbs cream, citrus-flavored St. Pierre bread, black truffles, veal tenderloin, kale, and coconut mousse.

The Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island lounge welcomes guests with a six-course supper and live entertainment.
The cuisine was developed by head chef Daniel Zschaetzsch and included gambas al ajillo, baked camembert, chicken chorizo, and creamy Maine potato chowder (garlic prawns). Dessert will include a variety of fruit, cherry macaroons, chocolate fondant, and lychee ice cream.
Couples will receive complimentary red flowers and chocolate macaroons in addition to glasses of champagne or mocktails with Valentine’s Day themes.

Coya
The Peruvian restaurant is serving a Valentine’s Day dessert platter (Dh132) of rhubarb mousse, strawberry chocolate ice cream, yoghurt marquise, assorted sorbets, chocolate ganache, fresh red fruits and candied petals. A themed cocktail, rose and lychee pisco sour (Dh70), will also be available.

Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort
Guests at the hotel can opt to transform their rooms or suites into a private dining spot, with a specially curated menu. Dishes include chilled seafood, black Angus beef tenderloin with glazed baby vegetables and grilled wild sea bass.

The Foundry
For Valentine’s Day, the steakhouse at Southern Sun is offering a five-course supper.
Seared scallops are offered as an amuse bouche, while burrata with marinated cherry tomatoes, grapes, pomegranate, basil, and rocket is offered as a starter. The main dishes include oven-baked chicken packed with ricotta, sun-dried tomato, roasted figs, and baby carrots as well as roasted sea bass with saffron, tagliatelle, and chorizo.
A slice of chocolate and pistachio cake with lemon cream completes the meal. Tea and coffee, as well as soft drinks, are included.

Niri
Head chef and sushi maestro Yasuyuki Takemoto has created a five-course meal for the Japanese eatery.
Corn tempura, mushroom miso soup, and sea bass are among the appetizers. For the main course, a whole sea bream or sesame beef will be grilled, along with steamed clams with lemongrass and fresh ginger, mushroom fried rice, and other dishes. Pistachio cheesecake and chocolate souffle are served for dessert.

Hakkasan
A three-course set menu is on offer at the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Emirates Palace.
King crab salad will be served to start, followed by a special Valentine’s Day dim sum and jasmine tea-smoked chicken with crystallised rose petals. Mains include charcoal grilled grouper, golden prawns with corn, seasonal vegetables and Wagyu fried rice. Dessert is raspberry souffle with hibiscus ice cream.

Acres Grill House
